We support schools with the Adventurous Journey section of the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Programmes. With highly experienced staff, we can help manage the award in the UK and internationally on all three levels (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). We offer full support packages, including training material, after school training sessions, equipment hire and more. Our expeditions start off pre-expedition route planning at your school, together, we will ensure that your students meet all the requirements needed for the Adventurous journey section. During their expedition they will have access to qualified assessors, formal and informal assessment reports, support vehicles, GPS tracking of groups, maps, training materials and more. We also believe in taking care of the teachers, therefore, we will provide you with a delicious BBQ dinner, as well as training materials based on the expedition.
The Sheikh Sultan Award is aimed at children between the ages of 13-18 who have undertaken an expedition that includes camping in a natural location with physical challenges during the day. With kids and camping as our speciality, we are more than prepared and able to deliver the Adventure section of the award. Whether the participant wants to aim for the bronze, silver or gold award, we can provide the overnight facilities and physical challenges they need to achieve their chosen category. Upon completion of the Adventure Camp, participants will receive a certificate of completion so they can register for the award.
